Everyone has their good points and everyone has their flaws. I would say my good points are my generosity and my manners. I would say my flaws, amongst other things, is being too generous and polite and therefore expecting the same courtesy back and to be disappointed when I don't get it.
Yes, it's a horrible flaw.
